An enthusiastic Chartered Civil Engineer, Construction Law Expert and FIDIC Contracts Specialist with 33 years of experience in feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement, contract management and construction supervision of dams, irrigation infrastructure, housing/property development (roads, stormwater drainage, water & sewerage reticulation) and water supply projects. Holder of an MBA, MSc in International Construction Law and Diploma in Construction Disputes Adjudication, Fortune has a passion for technical, legal and commercial aspects of international dams and irrigation infrastructure projects, and has worked with Government Departments, Consulting Engineers and Contractors in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland and Mauritius.
