projects management , Alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and
mediation & DABs , contracts management multimillion projects.
Having a good legal background that affect the construction industry in
Jordan and in Mena Region with a lot of contractual , technical connections
within Jordan and outside Jordan.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibility
between the project team to meet time-lines and budgets.
Knowledge of FIDIC, Conditions of Contract and Tender procedures,
negotiations, contract agreements and project costs including generating all
correspondence, letters and contractual communications . Preparing Budgets
and Financial Reporting , Preparing procurement policies and documents ,
Establishing and monitoring Project Management procedures and processes

Infrastructure business within Cardno as well as broader multidisciplinary service lines. She has a passion
for collaboration and is able to develop client focused solutions across a broad range of engineering and
environmental services. Natalie currently manages Cardno's Water & Environment business, covering water
infrastructure, water resources and environmental services.
