Holder of an MBA, MSc in International Construction Law and Diploma in Construction Disputes Adjudication, Fortune has a passion for technical, legal and commercial aspects of international dams and irrigation infrastructure projects, and has worked with Government Departments, Consulting Engineers and Contractors in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland and Mauritius. He is the Founding Director of ACE Engineers Ltd which specialises in offering feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement and construction supervision services for dams, irrigation infrastructure, water supply and agro-processing structures.
He is an Affiliate Member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and active member of FIDIC Group of African Member Associations (GAMA), a Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (U.K) duly registered with the Engineering Council (U.K) and the Council of Registered Professional Engineers of Mauritius. He is a Licensed Dispute Board Practitioner and Professional Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Member of the South African Irrigation Bureau, Member of the Association of Project Managers (UK), and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.

He was Project Director of Guinness Book of World Records' biggest residential palace- Istana Nurul Iman of The Sultan of Brunei Darussalam. His landmark projects in Brunei earned him the Presidential Citation (Pamana ng Pilipino Award) for Filipino Individuals & Organizations in 1998, electing him as a Fellow of the Association of Project Management (UK).
