She is also the Chief Operating Officer of Morrison Hershfield, a consulting engineering firm with 24 offices in Canada, US, and India. Catherine is responsible for the operations overseeing 900 professionals that provide services in the areas of infrastructure, energy, industrial, buildings, technology, telecom, transportation, environment, water and wastewater, and land development.

Natalie is an experienced environmental and engineering manager and technical professional with a passion
for sustainability. With a background in water infrastructure, Natalie has worked on a range of projects from
inception and planning through to design and construction. She has previously led the Qld Water
Infrastructure business within Cardno as well as broader multidisciplinary service lines. She has a passion
for collaboration and is able to develop client focused solutions across a broad range of engineering and
environmental services. Natalie currently manages Cardno's Water & Environment business, covering water
infrastructure, water resources and environmental services.
