I am President of FIDIC Asia Pacific, a regional body of 22 countries representing Asia and the Pacific Region. I am also a member of the Sustainable Development Committee for last 5 years.

I am civil engineer with +15 years exp. I have a good experience in construction
projects management , Alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and
mediation & DABs , contracts management multimillion projects.
Having a good legal background that affect the construction industry in
Jordan and in Mena Region with a lot of contractual , technical connections
within Jordan and outside Jordan.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibility
between the project team to meet time-lines and budgets.
Knowledge of FIDIC, Conditions of Contract and Tender procedures,
negotiations, contract agreements and project costs including generating all
correspondence, letters and contractual communications . Preparing Budgets
and Financial Reporting , Preparing procurement policies and documents ,
Establishing and monitoring Project Management procedures and processes

I am the COO of an Indian origin multinational Consulting Engineering firm headquartered in New Delhi, India. As a global citizen with outreach across Asia and Africa, we are well placed to do our bit to protect the environment.
