Je me nomme BARRY Alhassane, titulaire d’un Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures (DES) en Génie Rural, option : Aménagement, obtenu à l'Institut Supérieur Agronomique et Vétérinaire de Faranah/Guinée (ISAV-VGE/F) (Bac+5) de 2007 à 2011, d’un Master spécialisé en Science de l’Eau, de l’Energie et de L’Environnement (SEEE) à l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de l’Enseignement Technique de Rabat, Université Mohammed V de Rabat/Maroc (2016-2018).

An enthusiastic Chartered Civil Engineer, Construction Law Expert and FIDIC Contracts Specialist with 33 years of experience in feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement, contract management and construction supervision of dams, irrigation infrastructure, housing/property development (roads, stormwater drainage, water & sewerage reticulation) and water supply projects. Holder of an MBA, MSc in International Construction Law and Diploma in Construction Disputes Adjudication, Fortune has a passion for technical, legal and commercial aspects of international dams and irrigation infrastructure projects, and has worked with Government Departments, Consulting Engineers and Contractors in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland and Mauritius. He is the Founding Director of ACE Engineers Ltd which specialises in offering feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement and construction supervision services for dams, irrigation infrastructure, water supply and agro-processing structures.
He is an Affiliate Member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and active member of FIDIC Group of African Member Associations (GAMA), a Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (U.K) duly registered with the Engineering Council (U.K) and the Council of Registered Professional Engineers of Mauritius. He is a Licensed Dispute Board Practitioner and Professional Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Member of the South African Irrigation Bureau, Member of the Association of Project Managers (UK), and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.

I am a chartered Civil Engineer (MRICS/MCIARB) and PMI certified project management specialist with a construction law master’s degree. I work in the Netherlands now.
