He holds a Master of Science Degree in Project Management from the University of Roehampton, United Kingdom and he seats at the helm of affairs at Gambeta Groupe Limited, a group of companies with major professional interest in Engineering & Technical Consulting Services, Oil and Gas (EPIC) Projects, Transport/Logistics, Information Technology, Hospitality, Contract Staff Management/Manpower Development, and Real Estate.

George is a prominent and active member and fellow of various Professional Associations in Nigeria and abroad including Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE); Fellow Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (FNICE); Fellow, Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers (FNIStructE); Fellow Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (FNIHTE); Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); Member American Society of Civil Engineers; Member Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (MNIM); Member Institute of Safety Professionals; Member Institution of Diagnostic Engineers UK (MIDiagE); Council Member, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and he is presently the 18th President of the Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria-ACEN. Holder of an MBA, MSc in International Construction Law and Diploma in Construction Disputes Adjudication, Fortune has a passion for technical, legal and commercial aspects of international dams and irrigation infrastructure projects, and has worked with Government Departments, Consulting Engineers and Contractors in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland and Mauritius. He is the Founding Director of ACE Engineers Ltd which specialises in offering feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement and construction supervision services for dams, irrigation infrastructure, water supply and agro-processing structures.
He is an Affiliate Member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and active member of FIDIC Group of African Member Associations (GAMA), a Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (U.K) duly registered with the Engineering Council (U.K) and the Council of Registered Professional Engineers of Mauritius. María Rózpide is actually manager of the Environmental Consultancy and Assessment Department at TYPSA. Passionate by environment and sustainability María has worked on large range of projects from inception and planning to design and construction on environmental and social assessment procedures, natural resource management, rural and urban planning, and development as well as with sustainability applied to a large range of infrastructure projects.

Mr. Sachin Maskey has an MTech in Environmental Engineering specialising obtained from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT Nagpur) of India. He has over 12 years working experience in public health engineering projects and is accredited by ERB, Botswana (Engineering Registration Board, Botswana) as a Professional Engineer.

Mr. Sachin Maskey is a civil engineer and an environmental engineer with multi-tasking experience and has worked for several organizations which include a firm of chartered quantity surveyors, a town council, consulting engineers and an urban public health authority. In this period, he has designed and/or supervised public health engineering infrastructure projects, comprising storm water drainage, sewerage and water reticulation and water and wastewater treatment works project. He has prepared construction tender and contract documents and evaluated tender submissions. He has also acted as the Employer’s Representative in the project management of multi-disciplinary capital works and in the process liaising with consultants, contractors and financiers. In this capacity his role has been the application project management knowledge areas to ensure maximum benefit for the Client.

Mr. Maskey recently completed his assignment as the Senior Civil Engineer for Molepolole water and Sanitation and Thamaga Water supply distribution network project. He is an Associate with PMI (Project Management Institute) having acquired a Certificate in PMP® (Project Management Professional). He has been a Project Manager for various infrastructure projects including, water supply, Sanitation and storm water drainage. He led a team of more than 5 professionals in the disciplines of civil/structural engineering, water and wastewater engineering, quantity surveying, electrical and mechanical engineering.
